We find ourselves in the situation of having to find new employees to keep the Bug running in top shape. As a special place, it needs special people. We find a certain number of past American seasonal employees come back and most former employees have good memories of the Bug and drop in occasionally to say hello.
Permanent Staff:
We have a core staff of skilled year-round staff who care about the Bug and its guests. We need these employees to live locally and ask for experience and reliability. We hope always to find people who stay at least two years.

Seasonal Staff:
Then we choose high season summer staff (and occasionally winter staff) from the following groups . We need these employees to live on site in shared tent cabins, ask for flexibility and to be hardworking. We most need staff that will work March through October, or at least late May through early September.
We choose from:
American staff who are between jobs and need a sabbatical from modern life.
Foreign staff who are students and qualify for summer work programs
Local staff who live nearby.
